Centro Romero mourns the loss of a friend and colleague

Saul Solorzano, who passed on Wednesday, August 17, at 49 years of age. He was the President of the Central American Resource Center and an inspiring community leader. For over 20 years, Saul fought for the well-being and development of the Latino community and helped protect the civil rights of immigrants. His dedication and commitment to the Latino community will never be forgotten. He was always available and willing to listen to anyone who asked for help or advice. The sudden death and loss of this outstanding leader will leave a deep emptiness in our hearts. He will always be remembered as a great leader, activist, mentor, father and friend.
